Handmade Market Canberra – April 29th & 30th

Surprise! Introducing the new and updated version of Handmade.

As we enter our 15th year of Handmade (we can’t believe it either!) our team have been working hard behind the scenes to bring you lots of fun and exciting things. One of these things is freshening up our brand to align with what Handmade truly is – a space to celebrate Australian made small businesses.

We have gathered inspiration from some of our branding from over the years since our start in 2008 to create a brand that incapsulates handmade in a fun, fresh and vibrant way!

We hope you love it as much as we do – we can’t wait to show you more! 

We welcome you to join us as we return to Exhibition Park in Canberra for our first market of 2023 on the 29th & 30th of April!

Shop from over 250+ Australian made designers and producers, where you will find everything from limited edition fashion, ceramics, handcrafted furniture, children’s toys and clothing, original artworks, jewellery, and accessories along with our indoor gourmet food and wine pavilion 

Our Low Sensory Shopping Hour will be held from 9am – 10am on the morning of Sunday the 30th of April. This shopping hour is inclusive and open to all, and anyone who may benefit from the experience is encouraged to come along. The market is located at Exhibition Park in Canberra in the Budawang pavilion, Conference Centre and Coorong pavilion. Parking and entry are free. Accessible parking is located at the front of the Budawang pavilion. Pets are not allowed in the venue, with the exception of service animals.⁠ ⁠
